Somatic Healing Circle with Adrianne Rickson

Join Reiki practitioner Adrianne Rickson at Medbery Spa & Wellness for a monthly gathering centered on breath, meditation and Reiki.

The experience typically begins with breathwork, followed by a guided meditation. Adrianne then offers Reiki to each participant within the group setting. This is a shared gathering rather than a private Reiki appointment, with time to settle in and participate alongside others.

Whether you are familiar with these practices or exploring them for the first time, you are welcome.

Cost is $25 per person and you may bring a guest for free. Pay at the door!
