We want your visit to feel easy from the beginning. Here is what to know before you come to Medbery.
Find us inside the historic Medbery Inn.
Medbery Spa & Wellness is independently operated inside the Medbery Inn at 48 Front Street in the village of Ballston Spa, New York.
Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first service so you have time to settle in and complete any needed forms. If you are running late, call us. We will always welcome you, although your service may need to end at its scheduled time to protect the next guest’s appointment.
Parking
There is parallel parking along Front Street directly in front of our building, and some diagonal parking further up the block from us. The street signs are labeled by the village as “Two Hour Parking”. There is also a public lot adjacent to the Inn, and a small lot directly behind the Inn as well.
What to bring
Most spa visits require nothing special. For sauna, cold plunge or other shared thermal experiences, bring a bathing suit. Robes or slippers are provided when included with the service you booked. Leave valuable items at home whenever possible.
Cancellation policy
Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full service charge. We understand that true emergencies happen and ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Hotel relationship
